I connect procurement operations, business systems and IT support at Tyres & Equipment Centre, Altayeb Group, in Qatar. These summaries describe my responsibilities and practical experience.
Procurement and purchasing operations
I manage purchasing requirements, supplier coordination, inventory planning and logistics, working with warehouse and finance teams to support day-to-day operations.
Focus ERP and Odoo
I am responsible for the company’s ERP applications, including Focus ERP and Odoo. My work includes understanding business requirements, coordinating with vendors, testing changes through UAT and regression testing, tracking issues, supporting master data and training users.
I work across procurement, inventory, warehouse, finance, sales and service workflows, and have experience with Focus ERP purchasing planning.
Company website management
I am responsible for the Altayeb website project. I make minor website changes myself and coordinate development requirements and contracts with external developers.
IT infrastructure and administration
I oversee IT-related work across 16+ branches, the warehouse and head office, including CCTV cameras and attendance machines, alongside company administration responsibilities.
Reporting and technical foundation
My earlier software development experience with SQL Server, ASP.NET, C# and JavaScript supports my approach to reporting, troubleshooting and translating operational needs into practical system requirements.
